Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all customers immediately upon arrival and verify number in their party
- Determine special needs such as high chairs and special menus
- Suggest new menu items from limited time offerings
- Receive payment and make correct change
- Assist with beverages like bold, signature or flavored coffees
- Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as needed
- Handle incoming telephone calls and take to go orders
- Seat customers at tables or booths appropriate for their needs and introduce feature of the day
- Keep hostess area stocked and clean
- Provide total guest satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables
- Assist other team members willingly
