Job Duties
- Engage with all Island visitors
- Encourage Island visitors to be Chill Bar guests
- Maintain charismatic and upbeat energy during all interactions
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials or promotions
- Prepare designated area prior to shift and close up properly
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Uphold company standards for customer service and guest satisfaction
- Support team members in delivering exceptional dining experiences
