Job Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate clearly with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Assist with answering phones and taking reservations when needed
- Support the team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
