Job Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in a restaurant environment
must be able to communicate product knowledge effectively to guests
must be dedicated and maintain a sense of urgency at all times
maintain a neat and professional appearance
be reliable with an outgoing high energy personality
have good attention to detail
able to learn and operate POS system
must be at least 21 years old at time of hire
must be available for weekends and holidays

capable of learning POS system

Job Duties

Greet guest in a friendly and courteous manner
seat guests and answer any question they may have
maintain an environment that is efficient to maintain high guest satisfaction
keep accurate counts to maintain a fair rotation for the servers
accurately take customers orders by phone or in person, collect payments and make change to close out guest checks
be eloquent and well spoken, eliminating slang during work hours
learn about all food in detail, including spending additional time outside of work to read and research products served
