Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Previous service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a service or hospitality role strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Understanding of customer service principles
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the host station and lobby area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally
- Support the team with various front-of-house duties as needed
