Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating software
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced setting

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize service flow
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  • Assist with dining room setup and turnover during shifts
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the companys values
