Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating software
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced setting

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize service flow
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist with dining room setup and turnover during shifts
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the companys values
