Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and punctual
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to stand for long periods
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain friendly and composed in fast-paced environments
Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
Team player with a positive guest-first attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Manage guest seating efficiently and courteously
Maintain an organized and inviting waiting area
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth table turnover
Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services
Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the host station area
