Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Verify party size and special needs
- Seat customers at appropriate tables or booths
- Suggest new menu items and promote limited-time offerings
- Receive payments and make correct change
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints appropriately
- Assist with beverage orders and refills
- Keep hostess area clean and stocked
- Take and manage telephone to-go orders
- Assist in clearing and setting tables
- Support other team members willingly
- Maintain supply of clean menus
- Provide total guest satisfaction
- Notify management of complaints
