Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
  • Manage reservations and waiting lists effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information about the menu and services
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere adhering to company standards
