Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or 18 years or older if serving alcohol
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to handle guest inquiries and complaints diplomatically
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage

Job Duties
- Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally to their table while engaging in warm and friendly conversation
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction including over the phone or in person by providing accurate wait times, directing guests to restrooms, taking reservations, receiving to-go orders or answering questions
- Create positive first impressions that build loyalty among return guests
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Manage guest flow efficiently to minimize wait times
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
