Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or 18 years or older if serving alcohol
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle guest inquiries and complaints diplomatically
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally to their table while engaging in warm and friendly conversation
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction including over the phone or in person by providing accurate wait times, directing guests to restrooms, taking reservations, receiving to-go orders or answering questions
  • Create positive first impressions that build loyalty among return guests
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Manage guest flow efficiently to minimize wait times
  • Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
