Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Suggesting new menu items from limited time offerings
- Receiving payment and making correct change
- Assisting with beverage orders including specialty coffees
- Cleaning, completing side work, and organizing supplies
- Assisting other team members willingly
- Providing total guest satisfaction
- Seating customers appropriately and introducing daily features
- Handling telephone calls and taking to-go orders
- Maintaining clean and stocked hostess area
- Resolving guest complaints and notifying management
- Assisting service personnel in clearing and setting tables
