Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely

Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests warmly and promptly
- Verifying party size and special needs such as high chairs or special menus
- Suggesting new menu items and daily specials
- Collecting payments and making accurate change following established procedures
- Assisting with beverage preparation including specialty coffees
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and supplies
- Handling incoming telephone calls and taking to-go orders
- Seating guests at appropriate tables or booths
- Engaging in friendly conversation and ensuring total guest satisfaction
- Assisting service staff with clearing and setting tables
- Resolving guest complaints effectively and notifying management
- Assisting team members proactively without being asked
