Job Requirements
- Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required but customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members and guests
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Familiarity with restaurant seating and customer service procedures
Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests immediately upon arrival
- Determining special needs such as high chairs or special menus
- Seating customers at appropriate tables or booths and introducing daily specials
- Suggesting new menu items and assisting with beverage orders
- Collecting payments and making correct change
- Answering telephone calls and taking to-go orders
- Cleaning, completing side work, and organizing supplies
- Assisting service personnel in clearing and setting tables
- Resolving guest complaints and notifying management as appropriate
- Assisting other team members without being asked
- Maintaining proper supply of clean menus and stocked hostess area
