Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to navigate the restaurant and lift items up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • A desire to care for others, grow, and learn
  • A positive attitude
  • Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chairs up to 15 pounds multiple times a shift
  • Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Open door for guests arriving and departing
  • Serve as cashier processing payment for guests
  • Accommodate any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
  • Lead guests to table and distribute menus
  • Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
  • Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
