Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to navigate the restaurant and lift items up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- A desire to care for others, grow, and learn
- A positive attitude
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chairs up to 15 pounds multiple times a shift
- Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
Job Duties
- Open door for guests arriving and departing
- Serve as cashier processing payment for guests
- Accommodate any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- Lead guests to table and distribute menus
- Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
