Job Requirements
- Follow all training guidelines, instructions and service standards
- Accurately take and input telephonic guest orders for food and beverage, including any modifications
- Maintain a high level of accuracy entering discounts, coupons and payments
- Complete assigned tasks to ensure appropriate stock or prep levels of products, clean and tidy work spaces, etc
- Address guest needs and questions, including providing accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
- Consistent, regular attendance as scheduled
- Stand and walk up to 8 hours at a time
- Lift and easily maneuver items up to 25 lbs to chest level or higher
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen information
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and maneuver items up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- Monitor and manage telephone reservations and 'to-go' orders
- Coordinate all pick-ups and delivery orders
- Assist service staff with various tasks as needed
- Provide accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Ensure compliance with all training guidelines and service standards
