Job Requirements

  • Follow all training guidelines, instructions and service standards
  • Accurately take and input telephonic guest orders for food and beverage, including any modifications
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy entering discounts, coupons and payments
  • Complete assigned tasks to ensure appropriate stock or prep levels of products, clean and tidy work spaces, etc
  • Address guest needs and questions, including providing accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
  • Consistent, regular attendance as scheduled
  • Stand and walk up to 8 hours at a time
  • Lift and easily maneuver items up to 25 lbs to chest level or higher

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen information
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift and maneuver items up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
  • Monitor and manage telephone reservations and 'to-go' orders
  • Coordinate all pick-ups and delivery orders
  • Assist service staff with various tasks as needed
  • Provide accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
  • Ensure compliance with all training guidelines and service standards
