Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- current Food Handler’s Safety Card and TAM Card
- minimum 6 months experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or food service preferred
- ability to interact in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- proficient in English communication
- accurate math and cash handling skills
- ability to stand and walk for at least 8 hours with minimal breaks
- physical ability to bend, twist, stand, and lift up to 30 pounds
- comply with management requests and assist server assistants
- open availability

- experience with OpenTable or similar reservation software preferred
- ability to multitask in a busy environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage reservations using OpenTable or similar software
- guide guests to their tables efficiently
- maintain a clean and organized host station
- assist in coordinating with serving staff during peak times
- handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
- ensure compliance with food safety and hospitality standards
