- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- Naturally friendly, outgoing, and engaging
- Experience using OpenTable or similar restaurant reservation software preferred
- Able to multitask and maintain focus in a busy, energetic environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable being fully present with limited personal phone use during shifts
- Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from shifts
- Prior customer service or restaurant host experience is a bonus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival
- Manage restaurant reservations using OpenTable or similar software
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently and with courtesy
- Monitor wait times and communicate accurately with guests
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Coordinate seating arrangements with serving staff for optimal guest flow
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide menu information when needed
