Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during busy times
  • Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 40lbs, stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
  • Manage guest flow, take reservations, manage wait list, assign tables, ensure fair and efficient seating
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and waiting area
  • Assist in clearing dishes and cleaning tables
  • Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements
  • Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
  • Obtain knowledge of daily specials, menu items and restaurant promotions
  • Maintain a professional, polished appearance adhering to company standards
