Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- Manage guest flow, take reservations, manage wait list, assign tables, ensure fair and efficient seating
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and waiting area
- Assist in clearing dishes and cleaning tables
- Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
- Obtain knowledge of daily specials, menu items and restaurant promotions
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance adhering to company standards
