Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age or 18 or older if serving alcohol
- flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- manage the reservation system and maintain an organized seating chart
- provide accurate wait times and update guests accordingly
- answer guest inquiries over the phone and in person
- assist with to-go order reception and coordination
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- collaborate with the team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
