Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to meet demands of the role including standing and moving throughout the shift
- Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must have adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate touchscreen equipment

- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be mobile during the entire shift
- Capability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to clean and maintain dining areas including wiping tables, legs, and booth seats
Job Duties
- Open door for guests arriving and departing
- Accommodate any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
- Invite all guests back for another experience
