Job Duties
- Greeting guests warmly and verifying party size
- suggesting new menu items
- receiving payment and making correct change
- assisting with beverage service including coffee
- cleaning, stocking, and organizing the host area
- assisting other team members proactively
- ensuring total guest satisfaction
- managing seating arrangements
- handling incoming telephone calls and taking to-go orders
- resolving guest complaints and escalating as needed
- maintaining clean menus and supplies
- collaborating with service staff to clear and set tables
