Job Requirements
- Physical ability to navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests
- ability to move and grasp items up to five pounds
- occasional lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
- ability to bend and stoop
- adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen
- willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- tip credit minimum wage plus tips
- willingness to comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications

- reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- mobility required during the entire shift
- ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chair up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift
- ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
Job Duties
- Opens door for guests arriving and departing
- serves as cashier, processing payment for guests
- accommodates any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- leads guests to table and distributes menus
- manages the wait list when the restaurant is full
- provides guest assistance to servers as needed
- maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning as assigned
