Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older based on local guidelines
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow restaurant policies
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation and point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage seating arrangements
- Handle guest reservations and waitlists
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences
- Manage phone calls and provide accurate information about restaurant services
