- One year of food service experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to use basic math skills with money handling

Job Duties
- Deliver and collect trays, menus and nourishment items to and from patients or residents
- Act as liaison between patient, Food and Nutrition Department and Nursing services during meal times for communication of all patient food needs
- Take meal orders and offer choice preferences where appropriate
- Be familiar with meal selection in regard to patient diet
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meal service areas
- Assist with basic food preparation and setup when needed
