Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage the host stand and seating chart efficiently to optimize dining room flow
- Assist guests with wait times and keep them informed
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating
- Answer phone calls and handle reservations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
