- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to use basic math skills with money handling

Job Duties
- Responsible for delivery and collection of trays, menus and nourishments to and from patients or residents
- Act as liaison between patient, Food and Nutrition Department and Nursing services during meal times for communication of patient or resident food needs
- Take meal orders and offer choice preferences where appropriate
- Be familiar with meal selection in regard to patient diet
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food items
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of food service areas
