Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar host or hostess role
- familiarity with digital reservation and table management systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- professional and polished appearance
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to obtain Food Safety Certification within 60 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a host or hostess in a high-volume restaurant
- familiarity with digital table management systems such as Seven Rooms
- excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- professional demeanor and polished appearance
- calm and capable in high-pressure situations
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to obtain a Food Safety Certification within 60 days of hire
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests with confidence, professionalism, and a sense of hospitality
- manage table assignments and reservations using Seven Rooms or similar systems
- maintain calm and order at the host stand even during peak times
- answer phones and guest inquiries with clarity, patience, and professionalism
- keep the entrance and lobby area clean, organized, and inviting
- communicate clearly with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
- step up to assist with guest concerns, checkouts, or team support when needed
- set the example in punctuality, appearance, and professionalism
