Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • handle guest inquiries and requests courteously
  • manage waiting lists and communicate wait times accurately
  • support team members during peak hours
