Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Manage reservation and seating chart to optimize guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods
- Provide information on menu, specials, and promotions
