Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods

  • prior experience in restaurant or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • assist in resolving guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
