Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- provide information about the menu and restaurant services
- ensure guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit
- coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth operations
- assist in managing guest flow during busy periods
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
- uphold cleanliness and organization at the host station
