Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently
  • provide information about the menu and restaurant services
  • ensure guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit
  • coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth operations
  • assist in managing guest flow during busy periods
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
  • uphold cleanliness and organization at the host station
