Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide accurate wait times and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
