Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Completion of Host training phases
  • Knowledge of company values, policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with discretion and judgment
  • Basic computer skills related to Front of House systems
  • Professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in basic math and time management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Able to hear, read, write and speak English fluently
  • Completion of Host training phases including Responsible Service of Alcohol, GHS course and quiz, Allergy e-Class, FOH menu test, and Host test
  • Possess necessary technical skills for Front of House operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic math and time management
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

Job Duties

  • Courteously open door and greet all guests immediately upon arrival
  • Thank guests as they depart and inquire about their experience
  • Stay organized, think and act with purpose and a sense of urgency
  • Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus, pricing, specials, and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of host station and assist with stocking, running food, and side work
  • Assist management in ensuring maximum profitability through daily operations
  • Seat guests and control the flow of the restaurant
