Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Completion of Host training phases
- Knowledge of company values, policies and procedures
- Ability to handle challenging situations with discretion and judgment
- Basic computer skills related to Front of House systems
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic math and time management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to hear, read, write and speak English fluently
- Completion of Host training phases including Responsible Service of Alcohol, GHS course and quiz, Allergy e-Class, FOH menu test, and Host test
- Possess necessary technical skills for Front of House operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math and time management
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Job Duties
- Courteously open door and greet all guests immediately upon arrival
- Thank guests as they depart and inquire about their experience
- Stay organized, think and act with purpose and a sense of urgency
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus, pricing, specials, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host station and assist with stocking, running food, and side work
- Assist management in ensuring maximum profitability through daily operations
- Seat guests and control the flow of the restaurant
