Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age or 18 if serving alcohol
- flexible availability to work various shifts
- night and weekend availability a plus
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- provide accurate wait times and manage guest flow
- answer phone calls to take reservations and to-go orders
- direct guests to restrooms and other areas of the restaurant
- engage guests with warm, friendly conversation to enhance their dining experience
- create positive first impressions to build guest loyalty
- collaborate with team members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
