Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
Provide accurate wait time estimates
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints
Coordinate with servers and management to optimize guest flow
Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere
