Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage the guest waiting list and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entry area
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure seamless guest service
- Assist in managing reservations and accommodating special requests
- Promote a positive atmosphere in the dining area by embodying company values
