Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide information about the menu and daily specials
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
- Assist in managing waitlists and communicating wait times to guests
