Job Duties
- Seating tables efficiently
- providing menus to residents and guests
- answering initial questions regarding dining services
- answering the phone and managing call-ahead reservations
- coordinating walk-in seating using reservation software
- processing charges and meal credits using the point-of-sale system
- maintaining a welcoming and organized entrance area
