Job Requirements

- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Seat tables
- Provide menus to residents and guests
- Answer initial questions from residents or guests
- Answer phone calls and manage call-ahead seating
- Manage walk-ins using reservation software
- Process charges and meal credits using the POS system
