Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guests have a seamless experience
