Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and payments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy
  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guests have a seamless experience
