Job Requirements

  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and event days
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • strong communication, organizational, and people skills
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • must follow Levy's Responsible Alcohol Service policies
  • comfortable using POS/reservation systems and following venue guidelines

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • operate reservation and table management system
  • maintain knowledge of the floor plan, server sections, and daily specials
  • accommodate special requests (e.g., high chairs, coats)
  • communicate guest feedback to management and support waitstaff
  • escort guests and assist with menu distribution and cleanliness
  • support service team by clearing tables and removing glassware as needed
