Job Requirements

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and event days
1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
strong communication, organizational, and people skills
ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
must follow Levy's Responsible Alcohol Service policies
comfortable using POS/reservation systems and following venue guidelines

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
operate reservation and table management system
maintain knowledge of the floor plan, server sections, and daily specials
accommodate special requests (e.g., high chairs, coats)
communicate guest feedback to management and support waitstaff
escort guests and assist with menu distribution and cleanliness
support service team by clearing tables and removing glassware as needed
