Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
customer service oriented

Job Duties

Welcome and greet guests warmly

handle guest complaints or concerns professionally
support team members during peak times
