- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- manage guest flow, take reservations, manage wait list, assign tables, ensure fair and efficient seating
- maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area and waiting area
- assist in clearing dishes and cleaning tables
- escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements, accommodate special seating requests if possible
- engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
- obtain knowledge of daily specials, menu items and restaurant promotions
- maintain a professional, polished appearance, adhering to company standards
