Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a friendly and accommodating attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to handle fast-paced environments and multitask
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize dining room flow
- Maintain an organized and tidy host station
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding guest statuses
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly
- Assist with reservations and waitlist management
- Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere in the lobby area
