Job Duties

greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
answer phone calls and handle reservations efficiently
manage guest seating according to server availability and preferences
maintain communication with servers to ensure smooth service flow
handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
coordinate with team members to support overall restaurant operations
