Job Requirements

must be at least 17 years old
able to work full-time or part-time
excellent communication skills
customer service orientation
ability to stand for extended periods
basic computer literacy
availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
positive attitude and eagerness to learn
proficiency with reservation and seating software is a plus
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and manage the seating process
handle reservations and walk-in guest inquiries
maintain organized waitlists and accurate guest records
assist guests with special requests and provide excellent customer service
support the front of house team and communicate guest needs effectively
uphold cleanliness and ambiance in the host area
contribute to a welcoming and safe environment for guests and team members
