Job Requirements
- must be at least 17 years old
- able to work full-time or part-time
- excellent communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic computer literacy
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- proficiency with reservation and seating software is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage the seating process
- handle reservations and walk-in guest inquiries
- maintain organized waitlists and accurate guest records
- assist guests with special requests and provide excellent customer service
- support the front of house team and communicate guest needs effectively
- uphold cleanliness and ambiance in the host area
- contribute to a welcoming and safe environment for guests and team members
