Job Requirements
- Regularly navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests
- move and grasp items up to five pounds
- occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds
- bend and stoop
- have adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen
- reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities
Job Qualifications
- A desire to care for others, grow, and learn
- a positive attitude
- reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required
- mobility required during the entire shift
- ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chairs up to 15 pounds multiple times a shift
- ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all restaurant areas
Job Duties
- Open doors for guests arriving and departing
- accommodate any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- manage the Wait List when the restaurant is full
- provide guest assistance to servers as needed
- maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
- invite all guests back for another experience
