Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently
Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
Assist with phone inquiries and reservation management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
