Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and courteously
- manage reservations and seating arrangements
- provide excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
- utilize OpenTable system for booking and guest management
- assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
