Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic knowledge of reservation management systems
Availability to work weekends and varied shifts

Job Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
Manage seating arrangements and maintain the flow of the restaurant's front of house
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle reservations and guest inquiries professionally
Maintain an elevated sense of personal style and poise during service hours
Assist in managing waitlists and communicate wait times to guests
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
